By Repeat slip – for regular medication, we can generate a ‘repeat request slip’ to request the items needed.  This slip must accompany each request to ensure that the correct medication is prescribed. If the repeat slip is lost or mislaid please submit a written request for the items required.

Online or NHS App - via the link at the top of this page, you will need an online account. Please ask at reception for more information about how to register for this service.

By post - If you enclose a repeat slip with stamped and addressed envelope, your prescription will be returned to you.

Please allow 2 working days for your prescription to arrive at your chosen pharmacy. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope, your prescription will be posted to you.

No requests for medication will be accepted over the telephone.

Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS)

EPS enables prescribers - such as GPs and practice nurses - to send prescriptions electronically to a dispenser (such as a pharmacy) of the patient's choice. This makes the prescribing and dispensing process more efficient and convenient for patients and staff. For more information, please contact Patient Services on 01244 563105.

You can find your nearest pharmacy on the link below
