At Heath Lane Medial Centre we welcome new patients who live within our catchment area. Our Patient Services Team can advise you if you are in doubt, alternatively you may visit the NHS choices website for more information.
Patients who move out of our catchment area will have to register with a new practice.

You live within 3.5 miles of the surgery in order to register at Heath Lane Medical Centre. If there is a surgery closer to where you live you must try to register there first.
