Partner - MBChB (Liverpool 1988) MRCGP DRCOG FPCert

Dr Fryar has an interest in Mental health, ENT and is the practice Clinical Governance representative.

Dr Fryar works a variable Monday to Friday rota and is not in the surgery every day.

Dr Susan Wall (f)
Partner - MBChB (Liverpool 1990) FRACOG FRACGP DFFP

Dr Wall qualified from Liverpool University in 1990. She gained experience in hospital medicine and then moved into General Practice in 1995. Her special interests include women’s health , contraception and menopause and minor surgery . She is also the prescribing lead and cancer lead for the practice.

Dr Wall works a variable Monday to Friday rota and is not in the surgery every day.

Dr Zoe Thompson-Shaw (f)
Partner - MBBS (Newcastle 2006) MRCGP

Dr Thompson-Shaw is the GP lead for medical students in the practice and has a special interest in Teaching, Paediatrics and Dermatology.

Dr Thompson-Shaw works Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Dr Elwell has interests in Women's health, Paediatrics, Minor surgery and Mental health (including substance misuse).

Dr Elwell works Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Dr Park interests in women’s health, contraception and menopause, paediatrics and palliative medicine.

Dr Park works Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP)

Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) are registered healthcare professionals, educated to master's level and have developed advanced skills and knowledge to work autonomously to manage patient care. They all assess conditions, prescribe medicines to help and refer to the hospital where this is required.

Debbie joined Heath Lane in September 2023 as the practice pharmacist.

As well as leading on medication related issues and ensuring prescribing is as safe and effective as possible, Debbie's special interest lies in chronic pain & pain medication optimisation.

In Tracy's role as a Health care assistant, she supports the clinical team. Her many tasks include taking bloods, seeing patients for chronic annual reviews, NHS health checks, BP checks, flu and pneumonia vaccinations, wound dressings, B12 injections and much more.

Tracy works Wednesday to Friday (Including enhanced hours on Wednesdays)
